Dr Vijayalakshmi Ramasamy as a lecturer in the Deptartment of Tamil for 10 years.
Dr Vijayalakshmi has been an active participant in World Tamil Congress and she has made a mark for herself in International and National Tamil circles.
She has attended Tamil World Congress in Sydney, Washington, Malaysia, Colombo and Mauritius.
She has many publications to her credit and is a visiting professor in Jafna University, Columbo. She is also an active member of Tamil Nadu Writers’
Association, Tamil Valarchikkalagam and Kamban Kalagam to name only a few.
Dr Vijayalakshmi has also received the Best Teacher
Award in 2009 from the Tamil Nadu Teachers Association,
