Dr. Shanmuga. Selvaganapathy (born January 15, 1949, Thiruveezhimizhalai) is a distinguished scholar of Tamil literature and Tamil music, and is a prominent figure in Tamil literature and music. He was the Principal of Thiruvaiyaru Rajarsha College and served as a professor. He is engaged in the great work of conveying his views to the people through literary gatherings and religious discourses. He presented 15 episodes of Raosaheb Abraham Pandit's Karunamirtha Sagaram as a musical drama on Tiruchirappalli Radio (June 2009 - August 2009).
