Dr. Kavitha Devarajan - Disciples of Seetha Rajan. Kavitha holds a postgraduate degree in Music from the University of Madras where she was awarded the Gold Medal in 2002. She also qualified for the post of Lectureship from the UGC. She is a B-High grade artiste of the All India Radio. Kavitha is currently pursuing Doctoral studies at the Music Academy Research Centre, Chennai, affiliated to Tumkur University, Karnataka. Kavitha performs duet concerts along with her sister Srilatha Renjith in leading sabhas in Chennai, where their concerts are received well. Presently, Kavitha is running a music school for children in Adyar with more than 50 children learning from her.
